24-0057- Repair HVAC DX Units B149; MacDill AFB, FL

The work includes replacing the VRF system with a chilled water system, replacing the rooftop unit and several exhaust fans and incidental related work. Provide temporary office trailers for 40 personnel at a time. Provide bathroom facilities for the personnel working in the trailers. When systems are specified, this entails the entirety of the components to provide a fully function assembly.

Site visit 05/14/26 8am after the GC meeting- conference room in Bldg. 30.

RFI's due to ABBA by 4pm 05/21/2026.

03-1714- Repair Camera Road Bravo; Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL

Scope of work: prepping, milling, tack coat application, compaction and marking. 

Interested subcontractors should attend the site visit as there are no drawings for the project. 

Site visit 05/13/26 2:30pm Parking lot of Bldg. 3100 Cameral Road Bravo; Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. Need badge applications by COB 05/08/26.
