Scope of work: The work includes replacing corroded pipe supports and corroded conduits as well as replacing cross-connect valves between chiller 1,2,3 and 4,5. Additionally, the scope includes performing wet taps on the 16-inch main supply and return chilled water pipes and building an equipment pad for a temporary chiller plant system and incidental related work. Chilled water piping will run from the wet taps to the temporary chiller pad. Electrical infrastructure will be installed from the second floor B567 switchgear room to the temporary chiller plant equipment pad to support the temporary chiller plant electrical loads.
