24-4618- Alter B9 AFRC OSS; MacDill AFB, FL

The work includes renovation and incidental related work of approximately 5,195 SF of B9 to accommodate the 927th Operations Support Squadron (927 OSS). Interior walls and finishes, electrical, communications, and HVAC systems will be modified accordingly. The fire protection system will be upgraded as needed to comply with the latest fire protection requirements and incidental related work.

22-0042- Demo Bldg. 82; MacDill AFB, FL

The work includes demolition of Building 82 including all structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical building components and incidental related work.

24-0029- Repair Small Arms Range F881; MacDill AFB, FL

Scope of work: MacDill AFB has two ranges, an Outdoor Partially Contained Baffled (OPCB) range (south half of firing range) and a Non-Contained Impact (NCI) range (north half of firing range). The current state of the overhead baffle system on the OPCB range is in dire need of repairs and has forced the customer to close the range and utilize the NCI range until repairs can be made. The NCI range suffers from poor water drainage resulting in prolonged standing water that can cause projectile deflections. These deflection concerns delay use of the range and cause scheduling conflicts.

Pre-proposal meeting: Tuesday 04/15/25 9am.  Site visit after GC meeting, subs are invited to the site visit.
