24-0046- Repair EMCS System Multi; MacDill AFB, FL

The work includes the replacement of air handling units’ controllers, temperature sensor, zone sensors/thermostats, unit controllers, installation of new control wiring, testing and replacement of unfunctional dampers and actuators, complete programming and commissioning for full integration of control and monitoring for buildings 7, 11, 12, 41, 107, 263, 395, and 682 and incidental related work. When systems are specified, this entails the entirety of the components to provide a fully functional assembly.

Scope of work: Per the enclosed drawings and specifications, the work includes (but not limited to) the procurement, safe delivery, construction and/or installation of; six driving range suite structures, two three-unit shade structures (Each unit to fit up to two player shooting positions underneath), and one instructor suite including all proposed features/equipment per design and any incidental related work.
