22-7770- Extend Central Control Road- Cape Canaveral, FL

The work to be performed under this project includes providing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to construct, renovate, repair, and install a Central Control Road as outlined in the project drawings. This will involve executing tasks such as earthwork, roadway, pavement work, stormwater and drainage work, ensuring compliance with all specified requirements and standards.

Provide roadway work to realign road and consolidate intersections with new 24' wide paved roadway, 4' shoulder, & stabilized 10' grassed parkway. Road to have traffic control painted marking & signage and roadside swale stormwater management system. Intersection to have wide turning radii to accommodate towing of fight hardware with acceleration / deceleration / queuing / turn lanes.

Contractor to implement and maintain best management practices for project area. Existing site is to be clear & grubbed of ground cover vegetation, excavated, graded, and filled for placement of the new roadway and associated stormwater management system. Existing CCSFS roadways will need to be severed from service by demolition, salvaged in place pavement, new pavement, earthwork, & restoration work.

25-0009- Repair Chillers CENTCOM CUP B567; MacDill AFB, FL

The work includes rebuilding chillers 4 and 5, replacing variable frequency drives for the primary chilled water pumps, replacing variable frequency drives for the secondary chilled water pumps, replacing variable frequency drives for the condensing water pumps, replacing variable frequency drives for the cooling tower fans, upgrading the chiller controls to Trane Symbio controls to enhance communication and the ability to operate the plant in automatic, and repairing failed sensors and control points identified by Trane on a previous controls examination to provide a fully functional assembly. All offerors are cautioned that the construction team is expected to spend an adequate amount of time at the facility prior to proposal submittal to fully assess the existing conditions to ensure that appropriate construction methods can be used to replicate the existing features in the proposed work.

25-0040- Repair Fire Protection Dorm B253- MacDill AFB, FL

The work includes repairing the Mass Notification System (including fire) protection system in B253 to include the installation of a mass notification system to replace existing fire alarming systems and replace with mass notification with individual alarming devices to show “ALERT.” The mass notification devices installed will not have a microphone for broadcasting.

Site visit 04/17/26 after the 10am GC meeting in Conference Room 30.
