Description of Work: Construction work includes site work, civil work, potable water connections, sanitary sewer lift stations, sanitary sewer connections, storm water retention areas, storm water sewer connections, electrical power source connections, electrical power transformers, electrical power connections, site survey, 18,000 S.F. Multiple use Community center with a fully equipped gymnasium and associated sports seating and general offices. This project is currently being constructed on an unimproved 11 acre work site off of US 1, in Cocoa, FL. This project met or exceeded 170 MPH wind uplift requirements, and was constructed with 12" and 8" Concrete Masonry Units.
