Description of Work: Construction of a new, 15,330+/- square foot pre-engineered metal building which includes open air, covered vehicle storage and an enclosed, air conditioned workshop. The project also consists of related site work. The work includes, but is not limited to, asphalt paving, concrete paving, grading, drainage, on-site utilities, lift station, pre-engineered metal building, concrete foundation, metal studs/drywall, doors, hollow metal door frames, overhead sectional and coiling doors, ladders and guardrails, appliances, suspended ceilings, lighting, HVAC and electrical systems. The work also included three additive alternates to expand the size of the building for a final size of 25,264+/- square feet.
