26-0001- Repair Wood Frame for Temp B3072 CENTCOM; MacDill AFB, FL Bid Due Date: Tuesday , 07/07/2026 at 04:00 pm

The work includes the removal and replacement of all exterior substrate for the building 3072 including all rotted exterior wood framing and the interior substrate layer for the exterior perimeter. Furthermore, the removal and reinstallation/replacement of the existing 34 wall mounted air conditioning units as indicated on the plans to accommodate the siding and wood framing replacement work and incidental related work.
