Scope of work: encapsulation of the existing standing seam metal roof with cold fluid-applied roofing system to ensure a 20-year NDL watertightness warranty. Replace ceiling tiles and grid, remove and replace all insulation above acoustical ceiling system, lighting throughout the facility replaced with new fixtures, air curtain will be installed at the existing roll-up overhear door, remove and replace existing gutter and downspout system.
Site visit 07/15/25 after the GC meeting; at 9am
