23-0044- Construct Marine Patrol Office/Break Room; MacDill AFB, FL Bid Due Date: Tuesday , 03/18/2025 at 04:00 pm

Scope of work: includes storm damage repairs of the existing office and restroom drywall as well as the new construction of the break room/ conference room. All new components must take into account being flood and water resistant and follow FEMA approved materials. Outlets need to be carefully placed outside of expected flood heights to mitigate any future damage and incidentla related work.
