Scope of work: The work includes replacing restroom fixtures, lighting, HVAC diffusers and incidental related work. When systems are specified, this entails the entirety of the components to provide a fully function assembly. All offerors are cautioned that the construction team is expected to spend an adequate amount of time at the facility prior to proposal submittal to fully assess the existing conditions to ensure that appropriate construction methods can be used to replicate the existing features in the proposed work.

Site visit: Wednesday 02/05/25 10:30 after the pre-proposal meeting
