Repair – 522 (Clubhouse Bar) The work includes the construction of a new bar area in existing Tournament room #108 as a part of the upgrade and modernization of the Clubhouse. This work will consist of the following disciplines: Architectural, Electrical and Plumbing. The area of work will encompass a paint refresh, lighting throughout as well as the necessary plumbing and electrical work needed to create the functional bar and any other incidental related work.
