Scope of work: Renovation of approximately 14,101 sf of Bldg. 53 to accommodate two Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Air Refueling Squadrons (ARSs).  Interior walls and finishes will be renovated to improve flow, functional adjacencies, as well as a rework of the current locker room and restrooms.  Electrical, communications and HVAC systems will be modified accordingly.  The fire protection system will be upgraded as needed to comply with the latest fire protection requirements.  Exterior doors and windows will be replaced to meet ATFP blast requirements and incidential related work.
