Scope of work: Replacement of air handling units' dampers, actuators, temperature sensors, zone senors/theromstats, unit controllers, installation of new control wiring and complete programming and commissioning for full intergration of a control and monitoring system for Buildings 501, 5012, 5013, and 493 with operator work/monitoring stations in B501 and B493 and incidental related work.  Asbestos survey shall have to be performed for any ductwork or chilled water piping insulation disturbed in B501, 5012 and 5013.

Site visit 05/28/2024 11am.

RFI's due to ABBA by 4pm 06/06/24.
