Construction of a new 55,927 sf Readiness Center with 4171 sf detached general purpose training bay.

Civil work includes land development for military and privately owned vehicle parking, a helipad, access roads, sidewalks, security fencing, paving for operations, an exterior loading ramp, and utilities to new sturctures. The project will be bid with a base project 45,385 sf two story readiness center plus 24 alternate bids and two additional phases as illustrated in the plans.
